big printing machine Our new KBA 162a opens up a whole new world of print possibilities. Posters, Billboards and Stand Up Displays are among the many new products we are able to offer.

Whilst these huge sizes have been available before using screen print the speed and quality and economy we can achieve is nothing short of revolutionary!

With our new press we are able to offer Full Colour in perfect register with Stochastic screening on finished sizes up to 1600mm x 1170! To give you some idea of how big the sheet is we can comfortably fit 25 A4s on a single page.

Extra products which we are working on will be announced later in the year. The best news is that the new press is built with best environmental practices in mind. It runs alcohol free and incorporates 'best of breed' efficient motors.

Whilst it has a much bigger production output than our existing B1 presses, it uses proportionally much less power. The press represents our biggest single investment to date and marks an exciting new era in our production capabilities.

Please note: Paper and Card for Colour Printing is always white. ‘Coloured Paper’ is achieved by printing the required background colour as part of the Full Colour Print Process.

To complement our standard Full Colour Printing we also offer Hexachrome Printing (Six Colour Printing) and Metal FX (Metallic printing) on our standard stock.

Hexachrome can produce exceptional results, particularly for jobs which call for vivid oranges and greens. It involves the combination of six colours, rather than four in conventional printing to produce the full rainbow spectrum. For more information on this printing process click here. Metal FX is a relatively new process and we are one of very few printers worldwide to have passed the strict criteria to be licensed to use the system. Metal FX allows any number of Metallic colours to be produced on the same page with Full Colour

Convert RGB Colours to CMYK within your artwork files. Click here for more information on achieving better colour results.

Our workflow is based on PDF format. Ideally you should send your files to us in this format. For other formats we accept see Acceptable file formats

Transparencies need to be flattened
